Personal:

My Mom donated half of her Liver to me when I was 6 months old. I have now taken care of it for 21 years. I hope to do so for years to come.

I served my church mission in Fort Worth, Texas speaking Spanish 15'-17'. I am a Healthcare Administration Major at BYU-Idaho.

First day of my Senior year of track went well!

2mile warm-up

8x200m at mile goal pace. For me it was 35's which translates to a 4:40 1600m.

1.5mile cooldown through the neighborhood above Alta.

To keep myself from going crazy I'm trying to accept that learning good form can be beneficial for longer distances on the track.

-Preschool Loop 4 times the last one was a hard effort I ran it in 11:43

-Preschool Loop is the square block just North of Alta. It just so happens that there are 3 preschools/day cares that we run past.

I have been thinking about some goals for the season and I can't quite decide what they should be since I will be in Sunder Nagar, India for 2 weeks form March 20th-April 6th. Some of my thoughts...
