Am- This morning I decided to run the Wasatch-Pepperwood loop hard/for time. My goal was to go under 1 hour. I started out on the uphill of 114th I made it to the 1.5 mile point in 11:00 minutes pretty quick uphill. I reached the top of Pepperwood before I started heading down in 30:20. The whole run I was working very hard, it was a tough run but I went 3:30 under my goal so I was happy.

Thank you! Is this roughly how fast most my runs should be? Maybe a little slower? I felt like this type of run helped me a lot more because of the pace I ran it in.

Good job! Next week lets jump the mileage to 60+. I'm going to get 55 this week.
