Just getting back into things really. My 4th run in two and a half months.
Just some laps at the Alta track then a set of stadiums. Every half mile on the track the last 2miles I sprinted starting with 100m then 200, then 300, and lastly a max 400. I ran a 75. My mile pace I ran in track. I'm gaining strength quicker than I thought I would.
Earlier after my 12 hour shift, I went over to Mulligans golf course and hit a bucket of balls with Pops.
This summer i've picked up Tennis too!
