Am- I was planning on waking up to do an easy 4 miles but I decided to finish up some homework instead.

Pm- I was able to finish my HW on time and got a good grade on it. Starting the year off right!

Today's workout was really tough. 12x200m 34s for each. We started out right on at 34s for the first one then Blake and Cubby pushed a bit. Me and Davis paced it perfectly for the last 5 before Murphy told us to go for 30s the last 2. Next to my splits you can see my Thoughts after each rep.

Splits
1 34s That was fine!
2 32s Still fine!
3 32s That felt ok
4 32s HOLY CRAP!
5 33s Felt like CRAP!
6 34s Im done....
7 34s How will I finish this?
8 34s We still have a full mile...
9 34s Um...theres 3more...
10 34s You want us to run how fast!?
11 31s That wasn't bad, almost done!
12 34s No Brain function...
