Missed the txt about 6am practice with the team. I thought they were going to Alta Ski resort so I thought I thought I would compensate with a Long run. So I ran up 114thS left on 17thE on dimple dimple dell road. Turned right and headed to Wasatch Blvd. Then ran up to the mouth of little cottonwood. Turned around came home on Wasatch. Kramer told me thats a lot for a midweek run. Lesson learned... The hard way.
