Ran the state course with the team. Then we headed to the Highland Track and ran 5x800m with 5min recoveries. My splits were something like 2:48, 2:46, 2:47, 2:54, 2:38. On the 3rd one Murphy asked me if I was dogin it. I had to admit I was trying to conserve for the last one. It was a great confidence building VO2 max workout.
