My goal sub 20.

Very Humid because of a surprising rain.

I started out a bit too fast some early hills hurt more than they should have. I kept telling my self for the first 2miles I can't run faster I can't. Then something inside me said "What the heck your running with kids wearing basketball shorts you can beat them." for the next half mile I aimed at passing Jacob and right before I passed him I thought "Maybe I can ride him the whole way and pass him at the end." But instead I decided to go for Davis, Brayden, and Conner. I almost had them until Brayden and Conner set an early kick and left Davis and me behind.

I ran 19:43.1 and I was only Chicked 2 times.

That's a great race Ashton. You're making great progress.

Thank you. My goal for Draper Days is sub 19:00. Does that sound like a reasonable goal or should I go for a 19:30?

I'd go with 19.
