My Mom donated half of her Liver to me when I was 6 months old. I have now taken care of it for 21 years. I hope to do so for years to come.
I served my church mission in Fort Worth, Texas speaking Spanish 15'-17'. I am a Healthcare Administration Major at BYU-Idaho.

Best Buy loop plus a mile on track
Jog to gully 8xhill plus 100 sit ups, 50 or so pushups.
Jog back 8x200m hard not straining
Very succesful workout! These workouts gain mental toughness and strength.
Am- Morning run with the team. 6 track miles
Pm- Best Buy loop with 1mile on track.
Great running today! Getting ready for NXN SW every day has been bigger and bigger confidence building days! :)
2mile warm up. 2x1600m splits 5:26, 5:32. I was very happy with my times. 2mile cool down.
Top of best buy plus track laps.
Liberty park- 4 lap warm up 2 hard 2 easy. For the 2 laps hard I hit 18:01. On the cooldown Luke Peskedra passed us that was pretty cool!
