Personal:

My Mom donated half of her liver to me when I was 6 months old. I have now taken care of it for 24 years. I hope to do so for years to come.

I served a mission for my church in Fort Worth, Texas speaking Spanish 15'-17'.

I am a Senior studying Healthcare Administration at BYU-Idaho.

Didn’t get to run. Played in my volleyball game. We won the match. 25-18, 14-25, 15-10

30 minutes of running. Last mile was about an 8:30 pace. The plan is to mix treadmill training with the indoor track and drills. 

I ended with 53 floors on the stair climber for 10 minutes.

No run. Took my girlfriend out to eat, then coached her volleyball game.

Treadmill again. 3.2 miles in 35 minutes. Just taking it slow and easy. Working on building up my joints to the stress and strain without getting injured. 

54 floors on the stair climber in 9 minutes. Moves up 1 level every minute. Used the rails at minute 7.
