My Mom donated half of her liver to me when I was 6 months old. I have now taken care of it for 24 years. I hope to do so for years to come.

I served a mission for my church in Fort Worth, Texas speaking Spanish 15'-17'.

I am a Senior studying Healthcare Administration at BYU-Idaho.

First day of my Senior year of track went well!

2mile warm-up

8x200m at mile goal pace. For me it was 35's which translates to a 4:40 1600m.

1.5mile cooldown through the neighborhood above Alta.

To keep myself from going crazy I'm trying to accept that learning good form can be beneficial for longer distances on the track.

At the University of Montana Western to talk to the coach and check out the college. My mom and I loved the campus and the coach. We drove to where cross-country camp will be; it was a cool place about 20 miles outside of Dillon, Mt. It was a great experience. I hope to attend and run there in 2 years, post mission.

Gully longer was blocked for construction so we ran around in the lower gully by the bridge, amphitheater and came back on Dimple Dell road. about an hour of running.

Am- 4 morning miles.

My flight leaves at 9:45 tonight for San Fransisco... idk how to spell that.... I arrive there at 12:10 am and fly for Singapore (20 hour flight) with a 1 hour stop in Tokyo. From Singapore we fly to New Delhi, India. At about midnight on Sunday we will take a 12hour bus ride North to Sunder Nagar and arrive Monday morning. Then we get to work teaching english until our return on April 5th (Easter Sunday) at 8:30pm.

I'm so excited!! :)

Just getting back into things really. My 4th run in two and a half months.

Just some laps at the Alta track then a set of stadiums. Every half mile on the track the last 2miles I sprinted starting with 100m then 200, then 300, and lastly a max 400. I ran a 75. My mile pace I ran in track. I'm gaining strength quicker than I thought I would.

Earlier after my 12 hour shift, I went over to Mulligans golf course and hit a bucket of balls with Pops.

This summer i've picked up Tennis too!
